December 18th, 2010
We had a farm visit from Frank who lives in Spartanburg, SC. Frank loved the alpacas and bought alpaca socks, a hat, gloves and a scarve for his wife for Christmas. We took some great pictures of Frank and the alpacas!

Our Alpaca Farm Shop will be open on Saturdays from 11:00 to 5:00 on Saturdays leading up to Christmas. If you would like to shop any other time please email or call us and we can schedule a time that works best for all of us.
September 2010
Our Annual September Open House is coming up again on the 25th from 11:00 - 5:00. We have free face painting for the kids, Bricker`s French Fries, our Alpaca clothing shop will be open and of course we have plenty of Alpacas for you to see. If you are not busy on the 25th please stop in. There is no charge to attend.
September 11th, 12th 2010
It is show season again for local alpaca farms. The first show of the year is in Reading, PA and we are taking 5 or our animals to the show.
Sept 4th, 2010
We just dropped off Big Mount`s Nellie to her new farm, American Heritage Alpaca Farm in Elizabethtown, PA. We would like to thank Bert and Diana Ponterio for purchasing Nellie. She was one of our best girls and did very well in the show ring with 2 blue ribbons and 1 red ribbon. She will be missed but I am sure she will enjoy her new home!

We went to a Seminar on 3/22 with Dr. Norm Evans. The seminar was very educational. If you get a chance to go to one of Dr. Evans` seminars you won`t be dissapointed!
Nellie of Big Mount takes 2nd place out of 12 alpacas in her class of juvenile medium/dark fawn females at the 2009 Virginia Classic show in Lexington, Virginia.
